Where we ship
We ship within Australia only. We don't accept international orders.

| Express, up to 1 kg | $15 | 1 to 2 business days |
| Express, 1 to 3 kg | $20 | 1 to 2 business days |

| Express, 5 to 10 kg | $40 | 1 to 2 business days |
| Express, 10 to 20 kg | $80 | 1 to 2 business days |
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery times are from dispatch and can be longer for regional and remote areas.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from Australian warehouses, usually within 1 to 2 business days. If your order has items from more than one warehouse, it may arrive in more than one parcel. You'll get a tracking link by email when each parcel ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, or arrives damaged, email hello@diyspy.com.au with your order number. We'll lodge the claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
