These terms apply when you browse diyspy.com.au or buy from DIY Spy, an Australian business. By placing an order you agree to them.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Using surveillance and tracking devices lawfully

The products we sell are legal to buy and own in Australia. How you use them is regulated by the surveillance devices and listening devices laws of each state and territory. In most states it is an offence to record a private conversation or private activity, or to track a person or their vehicle, without consent. You are responsible for using any device you buy from us lawfully. We don't sell signal jammers or phone spyware, and we may cancel and refund any order that appears to be intended for unlawful use.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to place an order.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We confirm your order by email. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Product information

Specifications come from manufacturers and suppliers. We check them, but errors can happen. If a product isn't as described, our refund policy applies.
